Additional Inputs from Trustees - Sexton office/work shop/tools/tool chest or locker to allow a central location for maintenance related work, planning, records, files, supplies, equipment, tools, etc.
- Purchase and inventory a set of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for general maintenance.
Picnic shelter with electricity and running water; include a small enclosed area with a sink and counter space (can be locked when not in use)
- Design to be generally maintenance free – no gutters
- Picnic tables - we have only one! We need more.

- Flat portion of roof currently leaks
- Replace existing parking lot lights with low profile light posts that can be maintained by the church. Current lights are maintained by Dominion Virginia Power ($$$) and illuminate the neighbor’s backyards (light pollution).
